I don't know all the answers about heart disease but I do know diet, exercise and stress are major causes of heart disease. With that in mind, I set my sights on a goal. To do a triathlon. No, I have never done this extreme in sports before, but I was willing to let everyone know about heart disease. I first began learning how to swim! I haven't been doing it correct all these years. Sitting on a bike for long periods of time at the beginning was not the most comfortable feeling. I set a track record for the mile when I was in high school but that was high school, I am older now. Below are some pictures from my adventures with the triathlon. At first, I had set my goal on 1 triathlon but by the end of training I had accomplished 3!!!! Anything can happen when you put your mind to it.
